Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and manage complex project activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a pipeline of projects from sale to permission to operate, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder experience
  • Break complex projects into manageable actions, establishing timeframes and prioritizing tasks
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for project-related communications, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma with 4-5+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 2-3+ years of experience in project coordination
  • 2+ years of experience in developing detailed project plans and interpreting complex flowcharts and schedules
  • Demonstrated leadership and customer experience skills, with the ability to influence senior management and stakeholders
  • Exceptional prioritization and time-management abilities focused on delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with advanced project management tools and familiarity with quality assurance and risk management
