Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a pipeline of projects from sale to permission to operate, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder experience
- Break complex projects into manageable actions, establishing timeframes and prioritizing tasks
- Serve as the senior point of contact for project-related communications, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma with 4-5+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 2-3+ years of experience in project coordination
- 2+ years of experience in developing detailed project plans and interpreting complex flowcharts and schedules
- Demonstrated leadership and customer experience skills, with the ability to influence senior management and stakeholders
- Exceptional prioritization and time-management abilities focused on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Hands-on experience with advanced project management tools and familiarity with quality assurance and risk management
