Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Project Manager, Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive GTM strategic planning and OKR management, preparing leadership updates and monthly business reviews
• Establish and maintain the rhythm of the GTM business, including running meetings and operational checkpoints
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide data-driven insights on GTM performance

Required Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in go-to-market operations, project management, or strategy in a tech environment
• Proven track record of driving strategic planning and managing OKRs with measurable outcomes
• Exceptional project management skills, including process improvement and operational excellence
• Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboarding and reporting tools
• Experience facilitating leadership meetings and business reviews
