Payments Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Payments StratOps and Product teams
• Lead the delivery of key Payments features, ensuring comprehensive project planning and timely success tracking
• Identify project risks and develop innovative solutions to mitigate them while maintaining effective communication across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Program and Project Management
• Strong Risk Assessment and Mitigation Capabilities
• Effective Cross-Functional Leadership
• Prior experience in Payments or Financial Services industry is preferred
• Experience in managing change and engaging stakeholders
