Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager for Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives and manage service delivery for assigned projects
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of deliverables
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for client-specific projects while managing project budgets and timelines

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in project management within the eDiscovery or litigation support industry
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a JD or MBA is a plus
