Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to manage service delivery relationships
- Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
- Ensure that project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy while maintaining project status records
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Proven success in managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Solid understanding of database design, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements
- Ability to ensure effective control of all aspects of a project from planning to production
- Experience in developing project plans and reviewing financial and billing information in a timely manner
