Enterprise Portfolio Management Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Portfolio Management Expert to manage key HR product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the full portfolio for respective product suites, including roadmaps of planned initiatives
• Lead quarterly planning exercises to ensure work is defined and ready to begin
• Assist in intake activities for new strategic initiatives, including cost-benefit and resource analysis

Required Qualifications

• Strong business and technical knowledge in project management
• Deep leadership skills to manage portfolio performance and results
• Experience with initiative intake and prioritization processes
• Ability to manage projects end to end, ensuring adherence to plans and timelines
• Familiarity with HR and team OKRs integration into project portfolios
