Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead major organizational programs ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex fintech initiatives
• Cultivate trusted relationships with executives, customers, and external partners for critical initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience in the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment
• Mastery of Agile methodologies and experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations
• PMP, PgMP, or other advanced program management certifications
