A company is looking for a Program Coordinator for the Advisor Journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all training team virtual meetings and trainings, engaging over 10,000 advisors annually
- Manage agendas and speakers for 100+ key events and virtual trainings within the Advisor & Manager Journey Area
- Create streamlined processes for event execution and collaborate with finance for budget oversight
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in event planning or administrative assistance
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a demanding environment
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Proficient in organizational, budgeting, and project management skills
- Proficiency with Zoom and Teams
