- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strategic mindset with ownership and decision-making capabilities
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and Outreach
- Strong bias for action and ability to influence without authority
