Key Responsibilities
- Manage the global production queue for Public Policy communications, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with guidelines
- Maintain Kanban/Sprint workflows for visibility among stakeholders and produce regular status reports
- Serve as the main point of contact for regional teams, translating requests into actionable project requirements
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project or program management experience in policy or regulated environments
- Expertise in Salesforce or equivalent CRM implementation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, SQL, or Python is a plus
- Experience in managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Proven ability to define OKRs and present data-driven recommendations
