Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Public Policy Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the global production queue for Public Policy communications, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with guidelines
• Maintain Kanban/Sprint workflows for visibility among stakeholders and produce regular status reports
• Serve as the main point of contact for regional teams, translating requests into actionable project requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in policy or regulated environments
• Expertise in Salesforce or equivalent CRM implementation
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, SQL, or Python is a plus
• Experience in managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Proven ability to define OKRs and present data-driven recommendations
