Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates administration of department-wide programs, projects, and processes
- Supervises work, resolves conflicts, and implements administrative guidelines and procedures
- Advises and supervises student leaders and employees, and assists in departmental training programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Two years of relevant experience in program coordination or administrative functions
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience in programming, advising, and training
- Proven administrative support experience including project coordination and follow-up
