Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Itential products and manage customer evaluations
- Track and report work efforts in Jira and sales pipeline activities in QuickSight
- Coordinate communication and preparation for evaluations, ensuring optimal customer experience
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Current certification(s) in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP)
- Technical knowledge of networking appliances and infrastructure
- Experience in tracking multiple accounts and managing evaluation timelines
- Basic understanding of network technologies and their applications in customer environments
