Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Public Policy Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the global production queue for Public Policy communications, ensuring timely and brand-aligned delivery
• Serve as the point of contact for campaign request intake, prioritization, and resource allocation
• Utilize project management tools to maintain visibility across projects and communicate progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years in project or program management within policy, government technology, or related highly regulated environments
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Kanban/Sprint, Jira, Asana)
• Solid experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in building dashboards and data-driven decision processes
• Experience in or familiarity with policy, lobbying, or campaign operations is a bonus
