A company is looking for a Project Manager - Public Policy Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the global production queue for Public Policy communications, ensuring timely and brand-aligned delivery
- Serve as the point of contact for campaign request intake, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Utilize project management tools to maintain visibility across projects and communicate progress to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years in project or program management within policy, government technology, or related highly regulated environments
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Kanban/Sprint, Jira, Asana)
- Solid experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience in building dashboards and data-driven decision processes
- Experience in or familiarity with policy, lobbying, or campaign operations is a bonus
