Job Summary
A company is looking for a Construction Project Specialist to manage administrative, logistics, and coordination aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company standards for Corporate & Branch facilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination and communication
- Manage documentation and track project information using dedicated software
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
- At least 8 years of experience in Construction/Design, with 5 years in Construction Administration
- Strong knowledge of Construction Administration processes and documentation
- Experience with new construction and renovation projects in commercial, warehouse, and industrial settings
- Familiarity with construction-related software, including Bluebeam and Procore
