Key Responsibilities

• Coach team members in Agile frameworks and facilitate effective collaboration
• Manage project scope and timelines, coordinating sprints and team ceremonies
• Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or work equivalency
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Agile practices and processes
• Strong facilitation skills and a firm grasp of servant leadership concepts
• Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive a supportive team culture
