Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Project Coordinator to provide high-level coordination and administrative support for construction and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project documentation and controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor construction activities and coordinate project meetings and reporting
  • Assist with contract administration and support logistics and procurement efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure project coordination
  • Proficiency with project management and document control systems such as Procore and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated experience in schedule tracking, cost management, and project controls
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and pass a government background check
