Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Senior Manager who will lead a team of project and program management professionals in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a billable project management team, ensuring delivery excellence and financial performance
• Direct project and program management services across diverse client engagements and technology domains
• Build and manage a high-performing PMO team while collaborating with practice leaders to align project management with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in project and program management, including leadership of PMO functions
• Proven success in client-facing roles within professional services or technology consulting
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream engagements and transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with AI-driven project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum
