Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager - Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and program management for the Technical Support effort
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
- Manage a multidisciplinary technical team and ensure compliance with Department of Education standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting case management systems, preferably with OpenText eDOCS
- Proven experience managing remote teams and delivering services in accordance with federal security requirements
- Eligibility for or possession of an active Public Trust clearance
