Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager, Developer Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects to coordinate cross-functional team strategies
• Define durable processes for team activities such as OKR planning and status reporting
• Lead programs by managing structure, scope, and ensuring cross-functional alignment

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or technical program management experience
• Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional project teams
• Basic understanding of crypto assets and blockchain technology
• Additional PMI/Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook preferred
