Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager II to oversee various Care Management and PopHealth data projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project life cycle including planning, execution, and closure
• Utilize project management tools to effectively manage and document projects
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience in diverse and matrix-managed environments
• Proficiency with project management tools, such as MS-Project and MS-Office applications
• Experience with project documentation tools like Confluence or SharePoint preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
