Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Statewide Partnership Program Assistant in Denver.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event planning, management, and implementation for the Partners in the Outdoors Conference
- Manage attendee registration, payment, and create conference communications and materials
- Compile content for the Partners in the Outdoors Grant Program and maintain accurate information on web pages
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Google Application Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Experience with organizing and facilitating meetings
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Must be available for overnight travel to the Partners in the Outdoors Conference
- Successful completion of a background screening
