Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating end-to-end project management for promotional product orders
- Communicate with vendors for pricing, inventory confirmation, and production timelines
- Maintain accurate order documentation and track outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the promotional products or custom gifting industry
- Deep understanding of promotional products, branding methods, and vendor capabilities
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Experience working in a remote environment with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in a high-volume retail business environment preferred
