Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 additional years of experience managing projects or leading project teams
• 3+ years of experience managing projects or leading project teams
• Strong execution and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong data literacy and ability to interpret and communicate data insights
• Experience with process improvement or continuous improvement methodologies
