Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee customer implementations of their Paymode solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead Paymode implementation projects to ensure timely completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers during implementation and transition processes
- Coordinate project activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure success criteria are met within timeline and budget
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of professional Project Management experience
- Experience in banking application implementations is preferred
- Technical proficiency in MS Excel, MS SharePoint, and MS Project is required
- Experience with ERP integration or related payments platform is a plus
- Customer service orientation and ability to work independently and collaboratively
