Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for two Scrum teams focused on Salesforce CRM and AWS/Java development
• Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams
• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and AWS/Java development
• Strong background in the financial services industry, preferably in fintech or banking
• Deep understanding and practical application of Agile principles and Scrum frameworks
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for managing Agile metrics and reports
