Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support a healthcare modernization initiative with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on VA cutover extract processes and enhance extraction logic
• Maintain extract routines for clinical data during site conversion activities
• Provide hands-on support during all phases of site conversion to ensure data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in large-scale federal programs focused on data migration or healthcare IT
• Experience in creating and supporting data extracts in complex healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare data domains related to EHR implementations
• Familiarity with tools such as DAWA and ability to support user interactions
