Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global (Senior) Director, Accelerator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the Accelerator process for identifying and scaling impactful health interventions
• Oversee the Cost-Effectiveness team to ensure decisions are grounded in value-for-money analysis
• Manage fundraising efforts and external relations to secure funding for Accelerator programs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in international development or private sector, with a focus on program management in low-income countries
• Strong strategic and management skills, ideally from consulting, finance, or a similar sector
• Analytical skills to synthesize information for decision-making across various domains
• Experience in fundraising, external engagement, or business development
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and align multiple workstreams effectively
