Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master III to lead cross-functional teams in agile project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum meetings, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Promote teamwork and a culture of ownership while assisting in resolving challenges and removing blockers
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and coordinate efforts across multiple departments to ensure project success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, or 4+ years of relevant Scrum Master experience
• 4+ years of Scrum Master experience in a banking or fintech software environment
• Proficiency in Agile Coaching, Agile Management, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Software
• Work authorization in the U.S. without visa sponsorship required
• Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred
