A company is looking for a Manager of Operations Project Management to lead and develop a team responsible for launching strategic clients and managing complex projects within Member Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Operations Project Management team, providing direction and support
• Ensure effective project management practices are followed for various initiatives impacting Member Care
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements across operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• 5+ years of operations/project/program management experience
• Experience in process improvement methodologies
• Experience working with external clients and vendors
