Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates team progress towards goals and leads continuous improvement efforts
• Eliminates impediments by engaging stakeholders and supports team communication and transparency
• Coordinates work with other teams and supports the Product Owner in managing the backlog

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices or equivalent methodologies
• Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles, and frameworks
• Ability to lead change at the team level and manage conflicts constructively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Atlassian Agile tools
