A company is looking for an Associate Professional Services Project Manager in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project and client engagement activities, preparing and executing deliverables such as Project Plans and Change Requests
- Assist in managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and scope to ensure alignment with approved requirements
- Track the status of deliverables and participate in customer status calls, responding to client requests in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of project coordination experience with demonstrated success
- Preferred experience in the retail industry and software implementation
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree and PMP Certification preferred
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Customer-centric and results-oriented mindset
