Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the customer and manage the delivery of large-scale network infrastructure projects
• Coordinate and manage fiber testing activities and ensure compliance with technical specifications and schedules
• Produce monthly reports on adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and manage team training and performance

Required Qualifications

• University Degree in Telecommunications/Engineering or 10 years of telecom experience in a management role
• 5 years of project management experience in a data network environment
• Experience with dark fiber analysis and industry-standard software, such as EXFO FastReporter3
• Knowledge of project financial management and team labor expense accruals
• Project management and people management experience
