Regulatory Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Project Manager to lead the development and execution of a structured Testing Plan for regulatory reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the end-to-end SCCL Testing Plan across all relevant workstreams
• Coordinate across functional teams to ensure testing aligns with regulatory requirements
• Own and manage testing lifecycle activities, including test scripts and sign-offs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in a banking or financial services environment
• Experience managing regulatory-driven testing initiatives
• Hands-on experience with U.S. regulatory agencies during exams or remediation efforts
• Strong understanding of SCCL requirements or similar reporting frameworks
• Proficiency in maintaining governance artifacts like project plans and test evidence
