Program Manager - Oracle GL

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Financials (Oracle GL Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Financials (General Ledger) workstream within an ERP transformation program
• Act as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with finance leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field (MBA or PMP preferred)
• 8+ years of program or portfolio management experience, focusing on ERP or Oracle Cloud implementations
• Deep expertise in Oracle Financials, particularly General Ledger (GL)
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, SOWs, and vendor contracts
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments
