Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leadership development programs tailored for sales leaders
- Customize and deliver training programs on sales leadership skills and techniques
- Conduct performance analysis and adjust programs based on feedback and needs assessments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or program management
- Demonstrated experience as a sales leader or closely working with sales leadership
- Experience with sales methodologies and developing content for leadership training
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in sales enablement or learning & development
- Technical understanding of cloud security solutions
