Regulatory Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Project Manager to lead the development and execution of a structured Testing Plan for regulatory reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the end-to-end SCCL Testing Plan across all relevant workstreams
• Coordinate across functional teams to ensure testing aligns with regulatory requirements
• Own and manage testing lifecycle activities including test scripts, UAT, and regression testing

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (10+ years) in project management within a banking or financial services environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory-driven testing initiatives
• Hands-on experience with U.S. regulatory agencies during exams or remediation efforts
• Strong understanding of SCCL requirements or similar large exposure reporting frameworks
• Proficiency in maintaining governance artifacts such as project plans and test evidence
