Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Manager Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and execution for capture efforts, managing resources and bid costs
• Direct development of solutions and strategies to win contracts by assessing capabilities
• Manage multiple capture efforts, develop win themes, and lead executive management reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Engineering/Science or Business-related fields
• 16+ years of experience in leading captures in Scientific Research/Public Health markets
• Proven success in winning single large awards of over $50M
• Prior Government Service experience with Federal, DoD, and/or Civilian Agencies
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance required
