Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications or technical fields
- Expert level skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word
- Expert level skill in Adobe Acrobat preferred
- Expert level skill in using AI/ML tools for proposal development
- Experience in business development activities and proposal management
