Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Implementation to lead an Implementation team and manage a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing teams in implementing complex marketing technology and automation solutions
• Align strategic customer objectives with project execution and establish best practices for complex projects
• Drive the strategy for implementation quality and establish a center of excellence for project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in MarTech Implementation/Project Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
• Experience working with complex accounts at senior business and IT levels
• Ability to create and execute scalable processes to improve team efficiency
• Preferred experience with PSA tools or project management software
