Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Administrator to assist with document control tasks and support project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transmit project documents and official communications to and from customers
- Organize and maintain project documents electronically while tracking their completion and status
- Review documents for errors and upload/edit them using relevant computer programs
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience in SharePoint development and creating job aids
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Experience with Synergis Adept and SAP is preferred
