Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing project documents and maintaining schedules for multiple projects
- Coordinate small to medium-sized projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Attend project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher, preferably in Project Management or a related field
- PMP certification preferred
- Hospital or clinical background required
- Basic project management skills, including task organization and progress tracking
- Experience in fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills
