Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to manage cross-functional projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team activities, including training, development, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
• Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships to support program delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
