Program Management Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Management Advisor to support the Vice President of Platform Engineering and related functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the VP, supporting decision-making and organizational alignment
• Coordinate and track progress of organizational initiatives, including status reporting and key deliverables
• Facilitate effective communication across internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a business or technology environment, including project coordination or operational support
• Experience supporting leadership-level stakeholders and managing executive-level communications
• Knowledge of project management and process improvement frameworks is preferred
• Experience in planning major projects, including development of project proposals and financial justification
