Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate a variety of technical projects within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
• Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and objectives are clearly defined
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in IT and technical environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and ability to apply them effectively
• PMP certification is required
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, including Atlassian Jira
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
