Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the program lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support
- Drive completion of NG9-1-1 deployments to meet client contract requirements and maximize revenue
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the program lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with technical project management
- Proficiency in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with limited oversight
- Hands-on knowledge of change management and ticketing systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project
- BS/Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
