Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) under the Customer Revenue and Operations Planning (CROP) program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or significant segments of large and complex projects
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, Lean-Agile principles, and the SAFe framework
• Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent years of work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Lean-Agile principles, and the SAFe framework
• Certification in project management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP)
