Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage small-scale projects, including scheduling meetings and tracking progress
- Develop and maintain project materials, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
- Manage risks and issues, providing updates and negotiating changes to ensure project success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of related work experience in project management or coordination
- Project management training is a plus
- Experience in healthcare and digital health is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet
