Key Responsibilities
- Bridge Product, Product Marketing, and customer-facing teams for successful GTM execution
- Break complex programs into actionable workstreams and manage project plans with defined owners and milestones
- Drive structured feedback loops from Sales, Success, and Support into Product and Marketing for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in GTM operations, sales programs, or cross-functional program management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strategic mindset with strong decision-making skills and the ability to synthesize input
- Familiarity with systems and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and Outreach
- Strong bias for action and a collaborative approach to influence stakeholders
