Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage administrative aspects of client and company projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple Reliability and Operations workstreams and projects to meet deadlines for Ads products
  • Manage meetings, including taking notes, tracking action items, and preparing agendas
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and risks to leadership and partner teams
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of project coordination or project management experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with SQL, Google Sheets, and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong computer knowledge and interest
