Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document customer engagement and response workflows, ensuring clear ownership and SLAs
- Drive cross-functional programs to implement customer response processes and develop success metrics
- Evaluate and integrate tooling to support workflows while establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- 4+ years of experience architecting business processes and workflows
- Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
- Experience in cybersecurity or complex technical product environments is preferred
